Olive Oil, Garlic and Chili
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Grated cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Method of Preparation
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until garlic is lightly browned. Immediately remove from heat.
- Pour over your favorite cooked pasta, toss and enjoy. Add grated cheese if desired. Garnish with fresh parsley.
